Snug Harbor:

Redevelopment plan consisting of a 376-unit multifamily community, new marina, and restaurant on a 39-acre parcel at Gandy Blvd. North. The property is being developed by Miami-based Key International. 

MRIC Spatial serves as principal surveyor for this project. As principal surveyor, MRIC Spatial provided preconstruction surveys including:

  • overall boundary survey,
  • topographic survey,
  • tree location survey,
  • bathymetric mapping of shoreline and marina area,
  • mangrove delineation mapping,
  • subsurface utility location, and
  • offsite drainage survey utilizing LiDAR Remote Sensing.

As development progresses, MRIC Spatial is slated to provide platting and development survey services.

Oak Stone: 

Planned construction of a 600 acre+ master planned community. MRIC Spatial is working in coordination with a community development district from vacant cattle land to create a glorious lagoon-filled paradise.

Project Citrus:

MRIC Spatial completed boundary surveys, topographic surveys, wetland surveys for development of 1,300 acres of citrus groves. Project included surveys needed for vacation existing roadways and residential developments within the project area to construct a large open phosphate mining operation.
